Job Title: Investment Relations Sales Director

Reports to Three 33 Properties CEO 


Job Description:  This is a temporary to permanent position.   Three 33 is looking for a high energy person with strong interpersonal skills, a deep love for the Real Estate Industry and a willingness to learn.  This individual will primarily have responsibility for maintaining an existing network and initiating contact with a new network of high net worth real estate investors and institutions.   This person should have at least 2 years sales telemarketing and face to face selling experience, will need to work 40 hours per week and make at least 50 new touches a day from a customized database.  This person can expect to earn a high six figure income within the first year with a base salary (draw) plus commissions. A 401K and benefits are included as well as 3 weeks vacation on accrual basis following the first 6 months of engagement.      


The Investor Relations Consultant will work alongside the CEO to actively support fundraising activities for growth of the Three 33 platform.


Responsibilities Include: 

i.  Source new investor leads. 

   1. Consultant is expected to meet monthly “Meetings Quota” which will be adjusted on a quarterly basis.  Consultant is expected to schedule an average of 2 meetings per week for first Three months of engagement after which time a new “Meetings Quota” will be established on a monthly basis.

ii.     Proactively maintain Three 33 CRM

iii.     Confirm investor meetings; research and analyzing investor backgrounds and preferences; follow-up on investor meetings, and coordinate roadshows

iv.     Coordinate creation of marketing materials including pitchbooks, bespoke presentations and analyses to support specific investor questions (both written and in presentation form) in addition to working on private placement memorandum

v.     Maintain an ongoing understanding of market trends and company capital position, current / future investments, and projections to communicate effectively with investors through quarterly reports and investor calls.

vi.     Serve as a point of contact for existing investors, responding to questions regarding statements, due diligence items, performance, ad hoc client requests, etc.

vii.     Network and represent Three 33 Properties at real estate and alternative investment industry events

Preferred Qualifications Include (but are not necessary to earn the position):

  • Real Estate Brokers License

  • Real Estate Sales Experience

  • Real Estate Joint Venture or Syndication experience

  • Experience working with Real Estate Operators

  • Ability to commute 2 days per week to Beverly Massachusetts HQs
