• Asset Types: Multi-family properties, workforce housing, and select mixed-use assets.

• Target Markets: Primary, secondary, and high-growth submarkets throughout Greater Boston, Massachusetts and Southern New Hampshire.

• Property Size: 10 to 100+ units (open to individual assets or multi-property portfolios).

• Location Highlights: High-density, infill locations with proximity to major transit corridors, employment hubs, hospitals, and educational institutions.

• Core Value-Add: Properties requiring operational turnaround, physical renovations, deferred maintenance catch-up, or strategic repositioning.
